Elegant pied-à-terre

This period home was a student flat that had served its purpose well but now needed a new lease of life as an elegant pied-à-terre from which the client could do their grand-parent duties.

We switched around the living room with a downstairs bedroom to create a wonderful master suite upstairs, and a broken plan kitchen, living and dining space downstairs. Creating coherence with a unified neutral colour palette, wood floors and select vintage pieces to ground the 'newness' and make it feel like home.
