Elegant Herringbone Family Bathroom

My client’s family bathroom was not working for them, it didn’t have the storage they needed so shampoo bottles and toys were taking over. As well as looking dated it just wasn’t a relaxing space to use.

To maximise space in this small bathroom (1.5x2m) we built in lots of inexpensive bespoke storage and to keep things visually spacious we kept to a simple colour palette of greys, brushed steel and white, we also boxed in the toilet and raised the vanity off the floor. The space feels much bigger, and the client says she has been able to keep it clutter free thanks to all the storage. She even manages to have a relaxing bath in there once the children are in bed…
