This is our most popular end to end design package - full room/home design + project mangament support.

BEST FOR: Clients who want design help through their project, from initial design to project managment of the build.

Collaborating closely with our clients, our team delivers:

• Design concepts and layouts (includes visual 3D sketch designs of your space/s)

• Scale floorplans (including electrical)

• Paint and colour scheme

• Full furniture, lighting, flooring selections

• Plans and drawings (for the builder and other trades)

• Trusted trades and specialist experts, including planners, as needed

• Initial builder-client meeting and initial building quote management

• Purchasing service to ensure a smooth running build and purchasing
   (we take away the pain of ordering, returns etc.)

• Support, project management, regular site visits throughout the process.

We can work with anyone - our own recommended builder or yours, if you have one. If fact, we are building such a network of trade contacts in London there is a good chance we may have worked together already. Builders who work with us say

Interior Architecture service:

We can work with you or your architect to create a more tailored, homely space that meets your personal needs. Where an architect starts with the solid foundations, we can then take that to the next, more personal, level. We work with the best planning and structural teams and can coordinate with contractors and local authority to ensure a smooth delivery of your designs.

 

BEST FOR: Clients who have architect plans that they want a fresh eye on to optomise for their own personal needs.

Design Only

If you are an experienced renovator happy to execute yourself, we can provide a ‘design only’ option. Where you are delivered a full design, with shopping list and relevant drawings (electrical, joinery) which you then take forward to execute yourself.

BEST FOR: Clients such as contractors who are experienced renovators, have their team in place and just want design on paper.
